- Basically, Reflexology works
by stimulating reflex areas on the feet which correspond to organs
and tissues in the body and by doing this energy pathways are
cleared to create inner harmony and well being.

- All treatments take place in
your home at a time to suit you and lasts approximately 45 minutes
to 1 hour. (The first treatment also includes a full consultation
free of charge). The cost is £35 per treatment with discounts
available for a course of treatments. I am based in the Harrow/
Wembley area and operate within a 5-6 mile radius. Or if you
prefer you can attend one of the clinic sessions I run locally.
